The Scorecard is a series of 10 questions. Answer each question on a scale of 1 to 10, and total your results. Your score should be out of 100.

If you end up with a high score, that means your organization is likely making great progress towards One Destination. 

If you score below 65, there's a good chance your organization is stuck in the Multiple Destination Trap.

That means you have work to do in order to align your organization and improve your ability to implement strategy.
