We recently reviewed our favorite strategy and leadership books, and would now like to share our favorite podcasts (in no particular order). Podcasts are fantastic because they can go with you anywhere. Whether you’re commuting to work, out for a run, or at home cooking dinner, tuning into a podcast is a time saver. It’s a great way to learn, while at the same time doing something else that you would be doing anyway. 

Harvard Business Review (HBR) is a great go-to source for all things business. Their IdeaCast podcast covers a wide range of topics from running environmentally friendly multinational corporations, to understanding when to stray from best practices, to cross cultural collaboration in space, and much more.

John Kotter is well known in the world of strategy and leadership, as an author, professor, and change management expert. In this podcast, Kotter shares advice that spans across multiple industries that will help you strengthen both your strategy and your team.
