On this special episode of the Strategy & Leadership Podcast, we're joined by both Octavian Pantis and Emil G. Dobrovolschi. The two are co-authors of the book Dark Cockpit: How to Communicate, Lead, and Be in Control at All Times Like an Airline Captain, but come from quite different backgrounds.
Octavian is a trainer, speaker, author and entrepreneur in Romania. He co-founded the leadership development consultancy firm Qualians, and is Partner at an events company called Ecoxtrem, along with other business endeavors. Emil is a commercial airline pilot of 27 years with the Romanian airline Tarom.
After meeting, Octavian was amazed by Emil's stories, and impressed by the value that could be brought to a business audience. So the two decided to join forces and combine their knowledge to write Dark Cockpit.
