As a business strategy consultant who works with a wide variety of organizations, I know how  tough it can be to try to help leaders reign in the large visions and dreams they may have and focus on a process to take the business to where they want it to be. 

Building a vision is a great first step, but for a successful strategy to be implemented, all the steps need to be take in succession to make the vision a reality.

Creating next steps, assigning responsibilities, setting time lines, creating project plans, and building systems for accountability and oversight are a few of the ways that your business strategy and your company vision will become a reality.
